一般的に焚火台は、2つの用途があると考えます。
1.焚火の炎を楽しむ。
2.効率的に調理する。
しかしこの2つの用途には相反する要素があり、双方をより効率的に行う為には2種類の焚火台が必要でした。

焚火の炎をより楽しむならオープンタイプの焚火台。
料理を効率よく行うならボックスタイプの焚火台。

オープンタイプ焚火台とは、四方を遮るフレームがなく受け皿が剥き出しになったタイプ。炎の表情を楽しめる反面、熱が分散し体を温めるのには有利ですが、風の影響も受けやすく、少ない燃料で短時間で調理するには向きません。
ボックスタイプ焚火台とは、四角柱や円柱の筒型タイプ。燃焼効率も良く、少ない燃料ですばやく調理が可能ですが、大きな薪や長い薪が使えない。薪の用意に時間がかかる。筒型で炎の表情が楽しみにくいという短所があります。

そんな2つの形状を融合させ、お互いの欠点をカバーしたのが第3の焚火台Third Stove サードストーブです。

コンセプトを突き詰めた結果行き着いた、三角形という独自の造形。
最小限の薪本数で火を起こす場合、どういう形状で薪を組み上げ着火するか…
おのずと2本の薪をハの字に配置するのではないでしょうか。ソロでの使用に特化した場合、焚火台は四角形の半分の面積重量になる、三角形でよいのだという結論です。

三角形の頂点スペースでボックス型の焚火台のように高い燃焼効率で調理でき、中央のスペースでオープン型焚火台のように焚火を楽しむ。1つの焚火台で2種類の使い方ができるようデザインしました。もちろん素早く展開撤収ができること、軽量化、その点にもこだわり最低限の構造で最大限の機能を発揮する形状が三角形Third Stove です。

Made in Japanのオールチタン製。チタン特有の高級感と焼き色が楽しめます。火床もチタン製でメッシュ火床で懸念される耐久性の低さ、ステンレス火床が高温にさらされる事による腐食による劣化など、消耗品パーツがない為ランニングコストが抑えられます。

ブランドアイデンティティである三角形を基調としたリフレクタープやミニマムシェルターとの併用で、デザインの親和性を生み出します。

付属のAsh scraper(灰かき出しパーツ)で余分な灰をかき出したり、炎を奥や手前に移動させ用途によって炎を使い分ける事が可能です。

火皿から地面までの最低高は47mmです。

ボックス型で使用しても、30cmクラスの薪をくべることが可能で燃料作りの労力を軽減。アルコールストーブのゴトクとしても機能し高さを変更することで火力調節が可能です。

始めて使用する場合は一気に火力を上げずに、徐々に火力をあげるようにしてください。熱による変形をできるだけ抑えることができます。

重い鍋などを使用する場合は付属する2本のゴトクを差し込み、対荷重の強度を上げて使用してください。
重い鍋や大量の薪を乗せた変形した状態で一気に加熱すると、著しく変形するのでご注意ください。本体が熱をもった状態で、水をかけるなど急激に冷やすと著しく変形するのでご注意ください。

製造工程上、レーザーカッターにより高温で切り抜く為、切り口に変色がみられる事がございますが使用上問題ございませんのでご了承ください。

Generally, a fire pit has two uses.
1. To enjoy the flames of a campfire.
2. to cook efficiently.
However, these two uses have conflicting elements, and two types of fire pits were needed to do both more efficiently.

If you want to enjoy the flames of a fire more, you should use an open-type fire pit.
If you want to cook more efficiently, you need a box-type fire pit.

An open-type fire pit is a fire pit with an unobstructed frame on all four sides, leaving the saucer exposed. While this type of fire pit allows you to enjoy the appearance of the flames, it also disperses the heat and is good for warming the body, but it is easily affected by wind and is not suitable for cooking in a short time with little fuel.
Box-type fire pits are cylindrical type with a rectangular or circular column. It has good combustion efficiency and allows quick cooking with less fuel, but it does not allow the use of large or long pieces of firewood. It takes time to prepare firewood. The cylindrical type has the disadvantage that it is difficult to enjoy the expression of the flame.

The Third Stove is a fusion of these two shapes and covers the disadvantages of each other.

The unique triangular shape was the result of a thorough conceptualization.
When starting a fire with a minimum number of wood, what shape of wood should be assembled and ignited?
The two pieces of wood would naturally be arranged in the shape of a "C". The conclusion is that for solo use only, the fire pit should be a triangle, which is half the area and half the weight of a square.

We designed the fire pit so that it can be used in two ways: as a box fire pit at the top and as an open fire pit in the center. Of course, the triangle shape of the Third Stove is designed for quick deployment and dismantling, lightweight, and maximum functionality with minimal construction.

Made in Japan of all titanium. You can enjoy the unique high-grade feeling and baking color of titanium. The firebox is also made of titanium, which reduces running costs by eliminating consumable parts such as the low durability of mesh fireboxes and deterioration due to corrosion caused by exposure to high temperatures of stainless steel fireboxes.

The brand's identity as a triangle-based reflector-pipe and minimal shelter create a design affinity when used in conjunction with the reflector-pipe.

The included ash scraper can be used to scrape off excess ash, and the flame can be moved to the back or front for different purposes.

The minimum height from the fire pan to the ground is 47mm.

Even when used as a box type stove, it is possible to light 30cm class firewood, reducing the amount of labor required for fuel production. It can also function as a stove top for an alcohol stove, and its height can be changed to adjust the heat output.

When using the product for the first time, do not increase the heat all at once, but gradually increase the heat. This will minimize deformation due to heat.

When using heavy pots and pans, insert the two included tongs to increase the load-bearing strength.
Please note that heating a heavy pot or a large amount of firewood at once in a deformed state will cause significant deformation. Please note that if the body is heated and then cooled rapidly, such as by pouring water on it, it will be significantly deformed.
